Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of artworks sold by Dealers Stock Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through Tokyo Dealers Stock. Matters not provided for in this policy are governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver artworks to the countries and regions available for selection at checkout.

We cannot deliver to countries or regions where the export or import of an artwork is restricted by law or regulation.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by us.

3. Customs Duties, Import VAT, and Other Public Charges

We pay customs duties, value-added tax, and other public charges imposed in the customer's country when an artwork is imported.

If a carrier or another third party asks you to pay any such amount, please contact us through our Contact Information before making payment. If you have already paid, we will reimburse the amount after you provide supporting documentation.

4. Packaging

Artworks are packed using methods appropriate for transporting fine art. Packaging varies according to the form and condition of the work, including whether it is framed or mounted as a hanging scroll.

5. Shipment Timing

We will complete the shipment process within 14 days after confirming payment.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes approximately five to ten days after shipment, depending on the destination country or region. Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, weather, carrier circumstances, or other causes beyond our control.

7. Tracking

After shipment, we will send the tracking number to the customer by email.

8. Receiving an Artwork

Please inspect the outer packaging and the artwork when it is delivered. If the outer packaging is damaged or the artwork appears to have been damaged in transit, please photograph the condition before opening or disposing of the packaging and contact us promptly through our Contact Information.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer refuses receipt without reasonable grounds, is absent for an extended period, provides an incorrect address, or for another reason attributable to the customer, we may charge the customer for reshipment, storage, and other costs incurred.

9. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss of or damage to an artwork transfers to the customer when the artwork is delivered. If the customer refuses or is unable to receive the artwork without reasonable grounds, risk transfers when we tender delivery.

10. Returns

Please see our Return and Refund Policy for returns and refunds.
