Dealers Stock Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information, as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”), in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Basic Policy

We comply with the APPI, maintain an appropriate organizational framework, and endeavor to protect personal information properly.

We collect personal information by appropriate and fair means. Except where prior consent has been obtained or where permitted by law, we do not collect special care-required personal information.

3. Proper Use

We do not use personal information improperly, including in ways that may encourage or induce unlawful or unjust acts, and use it only in accordance with the stated purposes.

4. Security Measures

To prevent unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss, or damage, we implement necessary and appropriate safeguards, including appointing a person responsible for personal information management, establishing internal rules, training employees, controlling entry and exit, restricting devices brought into facilities, limiting access to information, and taking measures against unauthorized access.

Except where permitted by the APPI or other laws, where the individual has consented, or where another purpose has been separately notified or announced, we do not use personal information for any other purpose. We do not provide personal information to third parties except where permitted by the APPI or other laws. We use Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information only for legally permitted administrative purposes and do not provide them to third parties except where permitted by law.

7. Provision to Third Parties Outside Japan

When providing personal information to a third party outside Japan, we take the measures required by law, including providing the necessary information.

8. Outsourcing

We may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision, including contractually requiring appropriate safeguards.

9. Anonymously and Pseudonymously Processed Information

We handle anonymously processed information and pseudonymously processed information, as defined under the APPI, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, and Other Measures

When we receive a request under the APPI for notification of purposes of use; disclosure, including disclosure of records concerning provision to or receipt from third parties; correction, addition, or deletion; suspension of use; erasure; or suspension of provision to third parties, we will verify the identity of the requester and respond in accordance with the APPI.
